Natures Empire stocks many unique & one-off items.  So if you like it, we advise to buy it now as most of these items cannot be replaced in our stock selection. But please choose carefully as we DO NOT accept returns if you change your mind. Remember to check back regularly as we are always adding new items, some of which are ONE-OFF items. We have many categories, some of which haven't been added, as yet.

*POSTAGE - PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE IS CHARGED AT A FLAT RATE OF $10. SO THE MORE YOU BUY, THE MORE YOU SAVE.

*PICK UP - Pick up is available ONLY for larger sized or breakable items from Penrith, Sydney. Some items eg: heavy or breakable vases, large prints or paintings, furniture etc, are PICK UP ONLY. This will be stated on the blurb, as a 'pick up item only'. $10 Handling Fee still applies, which will be charged as postage.

*We will pack & post your item within 2 days of receiving your order & payment. There will be an additional waiting period of up to 7 days if you are paying by cheque. Depending on where you live, you should receive your item within 3-10 days.

*FREE Gift - For orders over $60 (before postage).

*CONDITIONS ON EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS - All items are checked prior to posting & any damaged or faulty goods will not be sent. A refund or exchange will be offered in the event that we overlooked a faulty item. 

*A 7 day replacement (if stock available) or money back guarantee is offered ONLY on items that are (in the event we may have overlooked a fault) faulty, but we will not replace or refund misused or abused items.

*Items MUST be in their original packaging. In the event that items need to be returned, please contact us first.

*Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns in the event that you change your mind.

*Where jewellery is concerned - please DO NOT spray perfumes etc on your jewellery as it can damage it. This will not be covered as an exchange or refund. 

*With our 'Treasured Delights' pre-loved items & our SECONDS items, they are sold 'AS IS'. Any marks etc will be written in the item blurb. It is the consumers choice as to whether they wish to purchase the item in the condition it is stated in. 

*No returns or refunds are given for any 'Treasured Delights' purchases. Consumer purchases items "AS IS'.
