*PICK UP - Pick up can be arranged for large items from Penrith, Sydney, NSW.
*We will pack & post your item within 2 days of receiving your order & payment. There will be an additional waiting period of up to 7 days if you are paying by cheque. Depending on where you live, you should receive your item within 3-10 days.
*CONDITIONS ON EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS - All items are checked prior to posting & any damaged or faulty goods will not be sent. A refund or exchange will be offered in the event that we overlooked a faulty item.
*A 7 day replacement (if stock available) or money back guarantee is offered ONLY on items that are (in the event we may have overlooked a fault) faulty, but we will not replace or refund misused or abused items. Items MUST be in their original packaging. In the event that items need to be returned, please contact us first.
*Please DO NOT spray perfume or use any harsh cleansers or chemicals on your jewellery, as this can damage it. This will not be covered as an exchange or refund.
